Darn, hard choice! Even when I like Ran I wanna vote for Akemi!

Ran has more character development, but lacks the mysterious past. Akemi doesn't have the comedic element Ran adds. (ex. the dysfunctional Mouri family dynamics, bringing out Shinichi's sillier side, joking with/being the joke of Kazuha and Sonoko) The fact that Ran has more ink time and therefore more depth seals it for me. It says something that Akemi who appeared for only one case and assorted flashbacks and hearsay can hold her own. Somewhat offtopic, I am still holding out hope for an Akai-Akemi-Bourbon love triangle. The real truth is that I am voting Ran because I don't get into protracted arguments about whether she is alive or not. >_> In case a certain someone reads this and tries to start an argument about it, I might feel the compulsion to force feed you Akai's beanie cap.
Kleene Onigiri, thank you for your wisdom in not setting up Ran vs Haibara because I would have not wanted to moderate that. I think it's more interesting this way.

Indeed not, I can imagine it already. And lets hope it doesn't happen... or could just link to the numerous posts and say "you decide."
"Rule through fear of force rather than force itself" - Tarkin Doctrine "[It] is much safer to be feared than loved" - Nicolo Machiavelli Most Convoluted DC theory?
no offense to Chek, but don'truin it by annalysing eveything. they just asked for our vote and wich character we like. wich is why you confuse alot of us because you analise EVERYTHING. too many long posts...
