They've already done towers, ships, planes, blimps, theme parks, thefts, serial killings, bombings, terrorists... I think a foreign country might be interesting, not least in finding another way for Conan to evade the need for a passport XD

They've technically done London as well. So I think foreign country is out as well.

i don't mean it against everyone it's just i heard all these ideas before. over and over on fanfiction sites. they're overused. so to me,they're boring.

haha i don't really read fanfictions.
and when i first thought of the idea of space, it was inspiration from the movie 9 . where shiratori was saying to kogoro, "cases follow you everywhere don't they? what's next, space?" (something like that) ^^

  I understand.  I haven't read any Conan fanfics, but I'm sure there are a lot of ideas out there that stretch the characters further than Gosho Aoyama ever would.  And although I'm sure a lot are cliché and overused, I'm sure others would make for exciting episodes.  Sometimes I feel it's a shame that Gosho limits the characters the way he does.

This is probably just a little too bizarre for Conan, but what if he got mixed up with a genuine ghost or bit of black magic? This would also be an excuse for more Akako, because the girl doesn't get anywhere NEAR enough screentime IMO. Her sole two anime episodes are based on MK chapters. Hakuba and Aoko got DC cameos, why can't she? She's an older character than Hakuba or even Snake, after all...
