This.

I know what you mean. I love still watching the proper Disney movies, but I hate the Disney Channel.

RubberStamp wrote:My favorite Disney movies are the older ones like Sleeping Beauty and Beauty and the Beast. I'm a bit of a sucker for fairy tales. I really hope that their newest movie Rapunzel (aka Tangled) won't be stupid. I dislike how they changed the name of the movie because they wanted to attract boys.

What's the actual point?

RubberStamp wrote:Haven't seen Toy Story 3 and I suppose I'll eventually get to it. I've sort of been neutral towards the whole trilogy.

Toy Story and Toy Story 2 are both good movies, but Toy Story 3 is brilliant beyond belief. Even if you're neutral towards the other two, i'm sure you'll find something to love about the threequel.

Even though this is clearly written in xponese, I still understand what he's saying.

honestly, it wasn't that bad. The only problems are you misspelled "battle", didn't make "skeletons" plural, and because the second part is past tense, you might've wanted to say "was epic" instead of "is epic". So, "the battle in the cave was epic! Every time they caught the moonlight, they became skeletons!" would be perfectly acceptable (though the second sentence still sounds weird to me, that's just a style thing, not a correctness thing).

I agree with you, xpon, and I was just being obnoxious.  Your English really wasn't that bad.

I FINALLY saw "The Princess and the Frog", and I actually loved it. I think it was classic good, and absolutely gorgeous. Yay for a return to cel animation! Also, Ray x Evangeline = OTP :D

I saw it in the theater. It made me feel the same way as I felt when I went to see Disney movies as a kid. ^^

The animation was impressive. :) I was happy that the CG was so well-integrated and didn't stomp all over the whole atmosphere of the movie.

I saw it quite awhile ago and thought it was surprisingly good. I was a bit weary about the whole 'modern take' on this fairy tale classic. (I was like where are the swords?1?!!@@) But I suppose it needed that spin to breathe new life into the story.

I hope that Rapunzel turns out just as good.

I know what you mean... it felt like watching Pocahontas, or The Aristocats... y'know, one of the absolute classics.

And I totally agree. It was an absolutely gorgeous movie.

Actually, I think they said that it was going to be their last cel-animated film....

Anyone here watched Enchanted? I absolutely love that movie.
