I never thought such a durian ripening procedure existed or even possible. I told my mom about this and she was just as shocked. (By the way, my mom is a real durian lover.) and durian is often called King Fruit right?
i live in indonesia.. and my mom who used to live in Padang, Sumatera barat. said that the elepahant there like to eat durian.. but it quite rare to got the durian that came from this process and expensive

Well, we don't have that many elephants here anyway. The ones I know of live in Palawan, and this place doesn't seem to be able to grow durian fruits.
