Yes.

But maybe he's implying that the manga, Rurouni Kenshin, was adapted into an anime which is crappy and later localized and was renamed Samurai X, which is more crappy than the original one.

The Rurouni Kenshin TV series were a great adaptation from the Manga, though the AO's were bad (typical)

And the 2nd OVA was one of the most tear jerking episode I've ever seen..

Ore no Imouto ga Konnani Kawaii Wake ga Nai (17 year-old Kousaka Kyousuke  stumbles on the fact that his 14 year-old younger sister Kirino  whom he’s never gotten along with is secretly into eroge.) oh this should be comprable to Seitokai Yakuindomo



Hyakka Ryouran Samurai Girls (seems a bit like Ikkitousen not very interested)


Arakawa Under the Bridge x Bridge (oh man loved the first series and its shaft so.........)

Man I love ZKC pretty much a Super Hero Slice of Life. The series doesnt get nearly as much attention as it should. (The manga has grown out of the Loli state.)
