Beauty sometimes makes you randomly ugly
Brainssssssssss sometimes makes you randomly not have any
Intelligent sometimes makes you profoundly dumb
One Specific Talent sometimes makes you utterly suck at it
One's else death randomly would make you go to jail for killing them
To see the future randomly has you seeing the wrong future
One Super Power which will go hilariously and deathly wrong at one point ("Oops, my power to fly just randomly crapped out")
Love sometimes brings you heartbreak
Etc.

That's better than the alternative I was thinking of. (Randomly being killed yourself, rather than having someone else killed.)

And, well, it wasn't specified whether it was good or bad luck, so maybe instead of sometimes randomly getting bad luck instead of good luck, you get bad luck all the time instead of good luck?

No, the thing with luck is that unlike beauty, it's not a physical thing, you can have tremendously luck, winning a lottery, and tremendous bad luck the next, Got killed because of the money.
Dealing with fortune is different than dealing with physical beings
The wish is for "luck" bad luck and good luck are both classified as "luck"
