How much detail do they go into? Like the addiction makes people feel happier therefore they keep doing it again and again, or actually go into the hormones/receptors involved? Also, addiction in general or specific addictions like nicotine, caffeine, etc?

And it's times like this I wish I grew up in the US. Though I guess growing up multi-lingual is pretty cool too.

my high school had Psych as well, and I know that we did go over chemical receptors and such, but I couldn't tell you much as I abandoned taking psych after that (it's interesting, but not that much time to as a CS major). The school also offered an AP Psych course, but I didn't take it.

And yeah, sometimes I feel silly only knowing one language when I'm somewhere like this forum, where it seems like the majority speaks at least two.
