Also, though I plan to help you, you know friendship is first and most important in my mind, and Sonoko is my best friend. So if there is anything I can do, or any way I can learn how to check the gems myself just tell me and show me how.

Checking jewels is not difficult. Simply hold them up to the moon. I tend to do it during a full moon, but I do not think its required.
