Hello Everyone,

So After much research I thought it might be useful to have a thread where if someone wanted to watch Conan for the first time or rewatch Conan, but only wanted the episodes that had to do with the plot that they could find it. I went through both dctp's site and detective conan world's site (the listing they have, I found to be somewhat inaccurate in that it is missing some eps, plus they have some where they list only 1 ep of a 2 part episode) to gather this list so it's not 100% accurate and may be missing some or have some extras. I'm not going to list the names but will list the eps numbers. This list includes anything that has to do with a new character, character development, black organization. It also includes the tv specials. If anyone sees ones that I miss please mention them, and maybe we can get this list edited, even done better.

Since this topic is somewhat related, I made a list of the minimal manga chapters needed to jump someone up to date on the black org plot. This list skips almost all character introduction and development chapters, most Hattori Heiji chapters, the Conan turns back to Shinichi chapters, Kaito Kid chapters, Ran suspects Conan's identity chapters, romance chapters etc. It also skips out on the purpose of the drug hints and things like that.

Conia, I think the two of our lists should be combined since we basically dealt with anything that gave new information to the plot, and characters of the series, although mine does have specials included as well.

Maybe I should edit the first post and use the Spoiler tag to enclose the listings, and then add Checkov's as another list since his deals with the story arcs, kinda like how DCTP had the story arc page before it was put on hiatus.

Let me know what you guys think, and I'll find some time to do that.

Well, judging from the first episodes, looks like we haven't got the same episodes listed, since I have episode 5, you have episode 6, I have episode 7,you have 9, I have 10 and you have 11.
A friend of mine checked the first 100 episodes of the DC or so to make this list, and considering he watched that episodes like 20 times, I doubt he missed something
