If being on time means posting at the deadline time, then that's almost impossible anyway.
And I prefer that the GM checks everything before posting instead of being on time and risk making some mistakes D:

And I also said that the GM will post around 5-30min after the deadline
So Ctu is usually on time (as long as he didn't vent shopping XD)
