Closest thing I can think of is , but that's not actually being stabbed. He does get stabbed later in that episode, but as Conan so that's not very useful.

It was the 1 hour special, episode 118.  That part is shown because Hattori had a dream where Shinichi was stabbed(and was somewhat true later in the episode).

118. Heiji has a dream about Shinichi getting stabbed; while they're at the house of a woman who was murdered we see him imagining something akin to what he dreamed.

Which, of course, comes to pass, but Conan is saved by the lucky charm Heiji gave him.

I would agree but Conan loves himself some dead bodies..so it would not surprise me if he even daydreams about dead bodies.
