I don't know about you, but I'd be pretty freaked out if I was getting an elevator and I see this bloody, mangled corpse just lying there on the top of the elevator.

I'd say a lot of the earlier cases were definitely more gruesome than the newer cases.  The dismemberments in the Rollercoaster case and the Bandage Man Villa case were pretty nasty.  Even though the little girl's head ended up being fake, the Ayumi Kidnapping case was somewhat morbid as well.  

The most recent gruesome/sadistic case...I agree with Kirite that it would be Red Wall case.  Starvation is a slow, terrible, agonizing way to die; I can't emphasize that enough.  Survivors of mass famines can attest to that.

Ya when was the last time  limb was removed from the body or their was a massive amount of blood and goer.
