Is Cased Closed getting better?

So recently I watched a few Cased Closed episodes that came out...

I usually watch the eng subbed videos but for some reason a few episodes are in Spanish or German or something...

For some reason, it seemed like the voice acting though the same people were doing them, was alot better. The lines ever more wittier and actually bearable to watch...

Is Cased Closed getting better?

Ya it is when they first made it they planned on it being aired on TV so they decided to make it more in the way they thought would get the most popularity so they localized most of it.
EX: saying they were in America

Now that its no longer airing they try to keep them closer to the original dialog. In the first few dubs they often changed some dying messages and puzzles that involved the Japanese language so it would be more understandable to people who dont normally watch anime or that dont know anything about the Japanese language.

I watched the 1st movie with English dub.
"He really liked Japanese women, Mina"
^ That was better than the original, but few funny dialogs won't save a half-baked localization.

"Half-backed"? I think the term you're looking for is "half-baked." In any case, I really don't like that line, for some reason.

the Movie 5 dub was surprisingly excellent outside of the main character voices I normally have a problem with anyway and SHELLY.

The voices in the dub are fine, imho. Except Conan's. He sounds like a real kid 
The problem is that the dub, at least at the first episodes and the 1st movie makes solving the case by yourself difficult.

Yes the episodes get much better as it goes along. aside from two episodes in the last season. it was edit free. (or at least almost).
