eh?i haven't seen the ova but i only saw clips of it. i know kazuha wants a baby after playing with one in the subway, conan in an awkward situation, them taking him back to tokyo after he (mysteriously, i dunno how he got there) ended up in osaka.

Translation:
Kazuha gets tired of Heiji's indecision and kidnaps a baby from Tokyo to take to Osaka. When she arrives there, she sets up a plan to frame Heiji as the father and Heiji falls for it. Heiji immediately starts to panic and lets it be known by running around his house naked prompting his mother to call Kogoro. They arrive while Heiji is still running around naked and Conan must catch him and cloth him. After Conan brings Heiji back to his senses, they deduce the child belongs in Tokyo and take him back. Kazuha's plan is revealed and everything goes back to normal..everything except Kazuha claiming she will get a baby one way or another from Heiji at the end.

I had to improvise a bit as some of the riddle was a bit hard..but I'm 100% I got it right.
