My Comment About the above Picture (Police taking look a-likes away)

This is where the Anime Goofed big time. The Manga Case shows the two to be without question Our Bo members Gin and Vodka. Why the Anime changed the scene, I do not know. But I can guess. They wanted to show the bombers caught. The manga shows that they got away.
And there lies the problem. By drawing them to look like the two but since they are needed to more story they can not be caught. So they decided to make them look a-likes and not part of the BO thus creating a HUGE plot hole, since this case in the manga is major as Conan over hears their names.

1) In the Manga it makes seen sense to spy on them, but why spy on them in the anime?
2) Why did Conan take between five to ten minutes to relies that they were different people in the Anime. What dulled his brain?
3) As they are different people in the Anime why spy on them at all?
