Ingredients
3 egg yolks
1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 (8- or 9-inch) baked pie crust or graham cracker crumb crust
Whipped topping or whipped cream
Lemon zest (optional)

Directions
  Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Beat egg yolks in medium bowl with rotary beater or fork; gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice. Pour into crust.
  Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until set. Remove from oven. Cool 1 hour. Chill at least 3 hours.
  Before serving, spread whipped topping or whipped cream over pie. Garnish with lemon zest (optional). Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.

Draconinc 'creation myth'

In the beginning, Universe was Empty. 'I am bored. I do not like being Empty. I wish for Something which I can watch, so that I will never be bored again.' The thought sparked and caught, building into a conflagration and then an Explosion. Universe watched as the Elements came from the Explosion and began crashing into one another, binding and releasing, creating new Things. Universe spent many Aeons watching the Elements play, and slowly the Stars and the Worlds came into being, and filled Universe. 'This is wonderful,' Universe thought, 'to be so Full of Mysteries.' Universe was even happier to notice that slowly the Elements were crafting other Presences which would interact differently with one another and with the Elements. 'Life,' Universe named these Presences, and it was very happy, watching Life grow and move and discover so many Things. Aeons and Aeons passed, but Universe was never bored again, because Life was always doing something new.
