Yeah, even I had to laugh at that, but it made it more hilarious. Of course, you have to distinguish which, as there are two Spanish dubs. The one from Latin America is the one you're referring to. The one from Spain has all names intact (and something else intact from another show that makes it fun for me XD). For the curious (sorry, I can't and don't have time to look for same clip from same episode):

Now that I think about it, it seems rather silly, as we have a perfectly fine name change in the manga. Don't confuse us more by having yet another name for her. And a rather odd one at that.

It could have been worse. They could have tried to convince dub viewers that Osaka was really "Alberta."
