Do not get your hopes up on that. The possibility of season six heavily, HEAVILY depends on the DVD sales of these two movies. Remember, this is material that is in actuality, five years old. Everything, including the 130 episodes, and the movies that are being released, was all done in 2004. Low ratings, and low sales have both heavily contributed to the de-prioritization of Case Closed in the eyes of Funimation. From what I have been told, season five sold very well, as compared to other releases, and I've heard that the sales of the "Viridian Collection" DVD sets is also a surprise. However, let's hope that both of these movies sell very well, because at this point, it will take a miraculous boost in sales for Funimation to dub more of the series.
Oddly enough, the manga by Viz is one of Viz' best sellers, so do no fear for the manga's cancellation.
