Episode where Kazuha was introduced is missing. The Narnia Serial Murderer  (I am aware of what I just wrote)

Also, why do Kaito Kid episodes are story related? So far they didn't add anything to the story.

In one of the sites where I often download, I found DC episode list (bold font) which are related to the main story... It's lesser than your list but there are some episodes there which are not included in your own list... I may have screwed when I listed the related episodes. Anyway, here's the list of episodes excluded from your list...

Episode 153-154: Sonoko's Dangerous Summer Story
Episode 212-213: Mushrooms, Bears & the Detective Boys
Episode 217-218: Megure's Locked Away Secret
Episode 421-422: Gingko-Colored 1st love

I don't really know if these episodes are related... I've watched 153-154 a long time ago so I can't really recall if they are somehow related to the main story line... I haven't watched 212-213 & 217-218. In the case of 421-422, it's more of Dr. Agassa's past & I don't think BO appeared in the episode (correct me if I'm wrong)....

Maybe they were included just because they tackle the character's past (like Megure's and Agassa's past) and not Conan's crusade to become Shinichi again...

Episodes 8, 16, 38 (although the beginning is kind of important in the manga), 46, 52, 60, 75, 91, 102-103 (Takagi was introduced in this case in the manga but in the anime he was already introduced so  ), 104-105, 121-122, 163-164, 316-317 (although I think it has a nice comparison between a wrestler's secret identity and Conan's), 331-332, 354-355, 443-444, 453, 454-455, 476-477, 488, 513-514

-- A view into Agasa's past that really rounds out his character

I guess whether these are story-related or not will all depend on how much one feels these secondary characters are a part of the storyline.
