Maid of Honor/Bridesmaid - Sonoko Suzuki. (POd that Ran gave up on Shinichi)
The Best Man - Heiji Hattori (Kaito took advantage of the wedding to go on a heist)
Flower Girl - Ai Haibara (wondering why she altered the antidote for personal gain, but it totally backfired)
Ring bearer -  Mitsuhiko (wondering how Conan grew up so fast, but glad that Ai is his for the taking)
The bride's father - Juzo Megure (Kogoro in the hospital from alcohol poisoning)

The Best Man - Hakuba Saguru (only there because there's an obscure tradition that if the groom doesn't turn up, the bride marries the best man, and has already set out plots to ensure that the groom is absent)
Flower girl - Keiko (squeeing up a storm)
Ring bearer - Chikage (who will not reveal how she acquired the ring but assures Kaito that it's real)
The bride's father - Nakamori Ginzo (wearing a suit, a tie, and a Nakamori Glare of Death aimed at Kaito)

Kudo Shinichi (to prove to Ran that he and Kaito are separate people)
Mouri Ran (wondering where Conan is)

The Bride – Chianti less sniping, more everlasting LUV
The Groom – Takagi Wataru once again in a relationship where he’s happy and fearing for his life at the same time. And not because of the woman of his choice.  

Getting married because they recently turned out to be childhood friends. Takagi once picked up Chianti’s bucket at the sandpit and handed it to her with the most ADORABLE look on his face, and she has thought about little else for the past 20 years. The two were finally reunited at the MPD interrogation room, and all the memories came FLOODING BACK.

Maid of Honor/Bridesmaid – Vermouth at first it was a good laugh, but…  
The Best Man - Chiba feels bad for Sato but can relate to the power of FIRST LUV
Flower girls – Ai, Ayumi, Mitsuhiko because Ayumi alone was too small to hide behind  
Ring bearer - Conan & Genta because Mitsuhiko was too small to hide behind  
The bride's father - Anokata under the impression that this is the BO’s newest plan to infiltrate the police

Groom's side

The entire male population of the MPD genuinely moved by the couple’s LUV story and jumping the line to shake Takagi’s hand and maybe give him some freshly-baked cookies
Shiratori Ninzaburo & Kobayashi Sumiko see Chiba
Agasa Hiroshi & Fusae Campbell see Chiba
Yamato Kansuke & Uehara Yui see Chiba
etc.

Gin was going to eliminate Chianti for almost getting caught but now getting distracted by a certain shade of red looming behind the flower girls

Ring bearer - Haibara part of the deal of getting Conan in that dress. They both look great

Well they rented the church but Jodie and most the of the MPD were involved in bringing the BO in. They did not have time to lock them up, so the BO got brought along
