good series, I liked how basically everyone in the show had some actual personality flaw that wasn't completely superficial.

but yeah, I agree, the characters in the series are just completely awesome.  If you really like it, you should try out the manga - it's quite different

it's a rare series that gets me to bother reading its manga, and sadly NHK was not awesome enough to be one of them. The only ones awesome enough to earn this honor so far have been DC and GTO. :V

NHK was good, but not awesome. I'd give it a solid 8.5/10.
