At this point I don't understand why they're not airing some manga based episodes with all the chapters (43) available.

Same. Given how many new AOs they can make, I doubt it's due to difficulties in getting the VAs to record the episodes or the making of the episodes.

I suppose it depends on what’s the case: are they broadcasting the episodes in the intended order but delayed for at least three months, or has their schedule changed due to the situation? While I don’t know either what exactly would be involved here, watching all those silly one-part anime originals—and only every two weeks at that—does make me think that they’re resuming production very slowly and deliberately throwing those around until the circumstances allow for something better.

Though I’m not necessarily craving for the next manga adaptation, it’s well beyond time to bring one on; it’s been two years since publication, and there’s no need to wait even longer.

Oh God, more fillers... at least a two-part case is coming. Hope October brings a new opening and Kaitou Kid.

Hattori Heiji VA recently confirmed he's been recording voiceovers for a two-parter episode so it's possible that the next manga case, which features him, will be aired either in October or November.
