HeiKazu fans always say that Heiji just hasn't realized his feelings until now, but there's a possibility that Heiji doesn't feel that way to Kazuha, considering there's many HeiShin hints.
So, it's better to wait for Heiji's realization first and then the confession.
It'll be awkward for Heiji if he suddenly get a confession from Kazuha when he's still confused with his feelings.

However, despite this BL trend, I have no doubt that, in the end, all the pairings will end up like expected : HeijixKazuha, ShinichixRan...
