Well, preparation phase lasts until Wednesday next week, so even if you get a preparation role, you can still send your PM on Monday or Tuesday. Also, if you want to I can assign a non-preparation role to you (which means you won't have to take any action until next Wednesday), but of course, everyone will know that you aren't any of the preparation roles...

So, only if the player feels "ready" for it, he should choose to go on with Matsuda. Even if the player refuses Matsuda, it won't get public (so noone will notice that, let's say, xpon refused to play Matsuda, or in general that Matsuda isn't in the game).

The only thing that is still unclear to me is Yukiko and her masks.

She can only use the ability during preparation phase? Only to one player? Who chooses the mask - Yukiko, or the target?

Yes. Yes. Yukiko.

Yukiko can use her ability only once, during the Prep phase, just like the disguise ability of 1412. She then chooses a player (let's say, Conia) and a role (e.g. Shinichi). At the beginning of Night 1, Conia will be notified that, for some strange reason, he is wearing a Shinichi-mask. The mask works for him just as if he were disguised as Shinichi, with the notable difference that, as he didn't "take" anyone's identity (unlike 1412 and Vermouth, whose victim just gets a new one), he can't be arrested.
Basically spoken, Yukiko chooses a player who will become disguised as a role Yukiko chooses.

It's a quiet, warm summer afternoon in Beika, The sun shines brightly on the town and its everyday life. Nothing disturbs the tranquil atmosphere...

And as if this had been a sign, clouds move in front of the sun, a wind is blowing from the north and it gets noticeably colder, while those who know what to do are secretly preparing themselves. It seems some evil has arrived in town...
