Maybe separate them—having two 16-page files gives you more room than, say, one 18-page file (it's been a while since Gosho's written an 18-page file)... plus, you could have a cliffhanger... who doesn't love those?

If we could fly out of that window hand in hand, hover over this great city, gently remove the roofs, and and peep in at the queer things which are going on, the strange coincidences, the plannings, the cross-purposes, the wonderful chains of events, working through generations, and leading to the most outre results, it would make all fiction with its conventionalities and foreseen conclusions most stale and unprofitable.”

Hey, take your time—the last one just came out. Just have a goal of doing a certain amount per day, even if that goal is, "Do the amount I feel like doing."

I wish I could man,...I've tried thinking that way but I always end up going all the way, which eventually cuts me off a bit from other things I need to focus on... :/
With me, if I try doing small, I always get too creative and get too into it! It's a flaw and trait I guess...

In that case, just do what comes natural... unless you've got some other pressing matter—unless you've got really important personal business (work, family matters), there's nothing wrong with letting loose on the creativity.
