I don't know what's written in Japanese since the quality of the image isn't that good and I'm on my phone but what's written in Arabic... the first sentence is saying that Rum is becoming close to Conan, the second is talking about Sera and Mary, it mentions what we already know (that "they're living together in the same hotel") and that "Asaka and Mary could be the same person" which is something that Conan though of after the last hotel case
The third sentence says "Sera and Haneda are half siblings (from a different father or mother)" but.. the whole thing feels like a teaser not hints...

The line between Masumi and Mary mentions that they are in the hotel, the line between Mary and Asaka says the thing about possibly being the same person with a questionmark.

For the line between Masumi and Kouji, the word used in Japanese on the page is "gikei" which in my dictionary comes up as "brother-in-law", but on the page it also has a question mark after it.

Since these pages are meant to be a summary of what has already taken place, it seems that the creator of the pages is making the assumption of Shuukichi being the middle bro, therefore Shuukichi saying that Kouji is his non-blood related brother means that he would also be Masumi's non-related brother?? Gosho doesn't make the extra pages, so it was probably an editor or something.

The assumption that Shukichi is the second son of Mr. Akai and Mary, the younger brother of Shuichi, and the older brother of Masumi is one of the most comfortable assumptions you can make in DC—it's the definition of all but confirmed... hence why even these pages are making that assumption.

Shuichi/Subaru, Masumi's oldest brother, turning out to be the one contacting her while she tells everyone it's Shukichi, the middle brother? That wouldn't be much of a shock. Shukichi not being the middle brother? I just can't see it—I don't even fault these pages for making this assumption.

I agree that the middle bro is the most comfortable assumption one can make at the moment, but I don't like the idea that they are making the assumption that because something applied to Shuukichi, that it must also apply to Masumi before any such reveal in the series, and by reveal I mean someone speaking it out loud and others hearing which is the usual method for something being confirmed. It would have been better for them to have stuck Shuukichi on there directly and drawn a line between him and Masumi with a question mark due to the Ramen case, but Masumi not actually stating the name of her middle bro. And then a line between Shuukcihi and Kouji using the word he used in the marriage certificate case.

Scotch (via flashback), Shuichi/Subaru, Asaka (via picture), Koji (via picture), Vermouth, Rei/Tooru/Bourbon, Masumi and Mary all appear in Volume 90. You know who doesn't appear in Volume 90? Shukichi. He isn't even referenced once. So I don't fault them for not including him in pages like these for a volume where he isn't even referenced.
