Actually, the more I think about this, this situation isn't just interesting, it's sorta confusing to me.
I know at first I was thinking "lolz lucky interrogation", but once the dead guy popped up, that's clearly not the case, since it's vermouth. If I'm not missing anything in my next step, CTU should pretty much be poisoned already because the BO should've known he never interrogated schillok.
