While it is true that it's more likely to choose the detective if you based your nomination on a list, that's one single piece of evidence.

So there is evidence. That's a lot more evidence than we have in place for a lot of teams, including your own, which I previously believed, and still do to some degree, to be civilians. I'd like to hear the evidence in place for you being a civilian, because as far as I can tell, there's not a lot of hard, verifiable, and indisputable evidence that you are a civilian.

Even if I believe it, that doesn't mean anything without hard evidence, right? So, let's hear it.

Togop!! i see you online! i hope you say something too, the moment you see this. i sure have been vocal that if it was not Team 5 that are spies, then it's Team 7!! i will surely reply to this question of yours, Togop! and seems like we have the same read on Jd- being the informant! my question to you is why Team 10??! we have to settle our "evidences" against our suspected spies so we can agree on who to vote. we can't afford to be voting two different suspected spies. depending on our "evidences", then we go from there. and i sure hope miyano_shiho takes the time to read these "evidences" of ours. i'd really like to hear what she has to say after seeing these "evidences", especially yours! stop focusing on Jd- so much. if he's actually the informant, then we're wasting our time on him. especially because as of until now, he still hasn't said something that will clear him of my suspicions. so yeah, tell me about your spy instead!

Togop's theory is pretty coherent, in my opinion. I've yet to see convincing evidence indicating otherwise. So for now I will consider them Team 10 as a the team we might vote in this phase. Of course, my team mate will have a say in this as well.

So, what do you guys think? Do you have any opinion about the argument between Jd- and Togop? Do you have reason to believe that Jd- and Kaito Lady are the Informant? Or reason to believe they can't be? Do you have evidence pointing towards Cider and dumytru being the Spies? Or evidence indicating they're not?

Meme! maybe people are wondering why i owe you a reply. but, i just feel i have the obligation to say something because of your team's arrest. me and Togop seem to have the same reasons why i voted for your team as well:

Okay, so tell me what I did wrong to get suspected.

You appeared on too many lists. The two revealed lists contained your name; additionally there were a few people nominating you/voting for you, and assuming they were using their lists# for that, it makes for a fairly solid evidence that you're the spy.

however, at some point i started doubting that you guys were the spies. especially because of miyano_shiho's sudden appearance. but my vote can't be shaken at that time that's why i asked of you to speak more! there are so many ways you can prove yourselves innocent!

Well, the two best way to defend yourself is to offer a better candidate with some reasoning why that's a better candidate.
If you don't have one, a post with good insight may do the job. Ultimately, though, if it was easy, we wouldn't be killing any civillians. . .

what i was waiting to hear from you, -- eh? i can't seem to find your post stating that Team 9: KainTheVampire and Jellitto, weren't on your list! this was the ultimate climax that almost had me changing our vote! but you didn't say anything else aside from asking "why Team 7?" you having nominating nobody else, made me think you don't have a list to go with! i was waiting for you to at least give some deductions on who you think are the spies! if it really is true that Team 9 wasn't on your list, then THE SPY SURE IS IN YOUR LIST!!!!!!!!!! you didn't have to say WHO are in your list, as that's against the rules. you could have NOMINATED A BETTER CANDIDATE! i think i want to say more, but i still need to reply to two more people. and you wouldn't be allowed to reply to this anyway. i hope you got what i wanted to say.

shinichi'sapprentice, you said at some point that if Jd-'s the informant, then probably the spy's kamite/breva. Could you elaborate on that?

now, i am confused. but before that. let me just close the case about Jd-.

i currently have 4 teams that i trust that are civilians. the remaining two teams, that are probably the spy and civilian, and vice versa hasn't said much. it would really be helpful if that civilian talks!!!!!!!!!! dumytru stated that he'll post a reply. Team 7 would probably stay quiet. as they are the quiet type of players. but Team 7!!!!!!! if you are really innocent, help us!!!! say something!!!!!! there is no more reason not to talk!!!!!! if you're with us, don't make the same mistake Team 5 did by just saying "we don't know how else to defend ourselves" share your deductions if you really have a list!!!!!! i'm expecting a post from dumytru now, and if you guys don't talk, then i'll believe you guys are the spies!! but that'll still depend on what dumytru has to say. now, back to Jd-. i guess we can conclude that he definitely is an informant now. i've given him so much time already to post something that i would like to hear from him. and i heard nothing. he keeps dodging all the accusations to him. his posts just went in circles with his arguments with Kleene and Togop. and there is this:

As I said before, any suggestions you have about other teams should be completely independent of myself and KL. This goes doubly for dumytru & Cider who have done nothing but demonstrate they are civilians from Day 1.

why is he waiting for me.?! the Jd- i know, is someone who gives deductions based on his list!!!!!!! now, here's what i've been really waiting to hear from him. it's basically what i wanted to hear from Meme as well. why hasn't Jd- nominated anybody. aside from arguing with Kleene, he hasn't nominated anybody else. why not nominate Team 7? or Team 10? why was this post of mine in Day 4, ignored?:

now, if only Jd- or Togop will be online at least before Day 4 ends/Day 5 begins, who do you suggest we should vote for the next day if Team 5 ends up innocent. i say this, because if one of our three teams die today, it'll be helpful for the remaining living teams.

as for me, nominating Team 7 . .

i've been going back and forth to the topic's new replies, and reading back from previous phases, and also refreshing my inbox, if in case partner has said anything.

it seems 3 people nominates Team 10, and out of those 3 is actually my partner!! we keep having opposing thoughts!! 2 people, me and miyano_shiho, is going for Team 7. that's why i wanted miyano_shiho online in Day 5, just in case. i want to hear all the reasons for nominating Team 10. as it may change miyano_shiho's view as well. i was so dead focused on thinking Team 7 are the spies with Team 4 as their informants. here's why.

in Day 1, yet again!, Fuji nominates Team 7. Jd- comes in and suggests nominating the "actives". i understand his stand of keeping the "inactives" not loose interest in the game. did anybody ever thought about this: . . right after Team 7's nomination, Jd- comes in and suggest another. why? what i think, is because of the mention of his spy!!!! even if it's still prep phase, if i'm an informant, i would sway all attention away from my spies!!!!! and again, back to this:
