This timing works for me... as long as it doesn't get delayed...

How long is the full event? If it's about 2 hours (by the word "movie") + an extra hour before, anytime after 3:00 PM EST would be unfriendly to me (my time zone is a bit ahead of Europeans) so this time is the last time I could attend unless I stayed up really late...

Looking at the comments here, it looks like this stream will definitely be taking place on the 23rd. I'll swing by soon to confirm the time, but I should also note we'll starting with a Pre-Show that lasts roughly 1 hour prior to the True Hype. Judging by the average post here, here is my current suggestion for when it all begins:
