Since she is a Detective Boy, she can't die - she will just flee, no matter how she is "killed". So Parkur is not completely out of the game yet, he is still allowed to be in contact with the other Detective Boys. (Though, not with any other player, living or dead.)

If you're really who you said you are, your abilities don't get taken away just because the other DB died. It just means that with only one DB around, there's no chance of your ability succeeding if you're frightened, whereas if there's two or three, there's still the chance it'll go through.
