I see your problem, but I also see my problem if, at 8pm PDT, 20+ people are waiting for their GM who hasn't even left the plane to get baggage. For Prep phase at least, I would like to be present in front of my own laptop with enough time to not be scrambling to get stuff.

Ultimately, if no one minds the extra one hour back that Thomas here wants, having all phases after prep at 8pm PDT or earlier is alright.

6am (0600 hours) Sweden/Germany
4am (0400 hours) GMT
12am (2400 hours) EDT
9pm (2100 hours) PDT

I was asking for it to be an hour back. So it would be 10PM PDT for you.
And 1AM EST for me.

Because I get off work at 12AM EST.
If it's inconvenient for others, then I'll have to find a way to send in my actions.

Well, if the phase change is at 12:00AM EST (9:00PM PDT), I either have to send in my lynch/action 14-15+ hours early or not send it in at all.

Randomly I get home early from work, and sometimes a little before twelve but for the most part - after.

i spend 1/3 of my monthly salaries just to make my computer at home online and can get additional 4 hours online and saturday/sunday online.. ha ha ha i'm addicted .... and it is all xcommando & Conia fault!
