You could try imgur.com. Just upload it there and copy the BBC code (ex. i.imgur.com/SEKPD.png).

Then to put the image here just type:

To put the image in a spoiler type:

Of course, you can also use the buttons which I'm sure you can find when you post a reply here...

Promo are pictures used to promote a new Detective Conan chapter when it is released.

Also, this might just be me being nitpicky, but off in the corner of a post that says 'Quote' for when you want to quote another user's post. It's better to use that so that people know exactly what you're quoting, even if it's the one right above you.

Oh, they were on Google pictures...? If they're anime caps alone and you add text under them, that's fine - in fact it's the standard. But I am a bit concerned with any of the comics with added text (like the promo I pointed out) since those would actually be the work of someone else (like the promo). It's fine to get some panels and add in some text yourself, but if it's someone else's work, it'd be nice if that was at least noted.
