I made a list of some decent movie soundtracks and M19 had Iron Tanuki again, safety now, La berceuse, opening ceremony, sunflowers, The Meaning Of Kid´s Card, Judah's identity, Confess, Last Chance that were atleast average tbh. I always look at how they can affect the atmosphere of the scenes I guess.

Japan is the only market where Civil War won't debut at #1. Superhero movies - except for Spiderman and to a lesser degree the Avengers - aren't really that popular in Japan.

>Detective Conan: The Darkest Nightmare once again retains its position atop the box office, delivering yet another excellent weekend gross in its third week of release. The 20th anniversary release sold a great 490,261 admissions over the weekend frame (down just 6%), bringing its three week admissions above 2.9 million.

The breakout entry in the popular series is well on its way to becoming the highest grossing film in the franchise, and should be able make that claim sometime later this week. It's still on track to earn as much as ¥6 billion ($55 million) or more when all is said and done.

Weekend Estimates (05/07-08)/2016年05月07日-2016年05月08日
01 (02) ¥346,000,000 ($3.2 million), -32%, ¥2,925,000,000 ($27.3 million), Zootopia (Disney) WK3

05 (---) ¥120,000,000 ($1.1 million), 0, ¥120,000,000 ($1.1 million), Road to High & Low (Shochiku) NEW
06 (03) ¥109,000,000 ($1.0 million), -52%, ¥1,660,000,000 ($15.4 million), Crayon Shin-chan: Assault on the Dreaming World (Toho) WK4

10 (07) ¥60,000,000 ($560,000), -60%, ¥540,000,000 ($5.1 million), Terra Formars (Warner Bros.) WK2

>Detective Conan: The Darkest Nightmare is finally dethroned after enjoying three-consecutive weeks in first place. The Detective Conan films always drop over 50% over the post Golden Week weekend, so the large decline here isn't surprising (in fact, if estimates hold, it's slightly better than most previous entries). It's either barely below or just above the ¥5 billion blockbuster milestone after this weekend, and having accomplished that achievement and becoming the highest-grossing film in the series, the only thing left for it to do now is to add more to it's incredible total as it aims for ¥6 billion ($55 million).

@calimike: of course there was.
However, a movie's title and basic plot aren't made official until November/December so come back by then if you want Movie 21 news.
Spoiler:
Heiji's voice rings out and says something like "So... You've been keeping it a secret, huh".
So it's confirmed that Movie 21 will involve Heiji.

>Detective Conan: The Darkest Nightmare gets dethroned after enjoying three-consecutive weeks atop the box office, dropping 50% over the post-Golden Week holiday period, but it has so much to celebrate it doesn't matter what happens from here on out. The 20th anniversary release sold a further 209,805 admissions in its fourth weekend of release, bringing its four week admissions up to nearly 4 million admissions!

The 20th entry in the Detective Conan franchise became the highest-grossing, and most-attended, film in the series history prior to the weekend, and became the first film in the franchise to exceed the ¥5 billion ($45 million+) blockbuster milestone as well
. There's nothing more for it to really achieve at this point other than to continue adding onto its incredible figures over the next several weeks; aiming for a total above the ¥6 billion ($55 million+) milestone now.

DC movies are non-canon—they have no impact on the manga. Any characters introduced in this movie will most likely never be introduced in the manga (especially if they end up dead).
“Life is infinitely stranger than anything which the mind of man could invent. We would not dare to conceive the things which are really mere commonplaces of existence. If we could fly out of that window hand in hand, hover over this great city, gently remove the roofs, and and peep in at the queer things which are going on, the strange coincidences, the plannings, the cross-purposes, the wonderful chains of events, working through generations, and leading to the most outre results, it would make all fiction with its conventionalities and foreseen conclusions most stale and unprofitable.”

They died in the trailer already lol
It's amazing they managed too pull Raven Chaser off while still making it exciting with so many close encounters. I don't get why people here hate Raven Chaser; we all know none of that's gonna impact the comic so that's all they can work for and that's what you get. Like just from the first trailer I knew Conan will have a dream and Irish is a dead man walking.

Same with this one nothing in Darkest Nightmare can affect the comics so don't get your hopes up that they reveal Rum's identity. Kir and Bourbon will probably be cleared of all suspision, too. That poor woman could possibly die cause she knows too much (or be put in the witness protection program by FBI)

Though IDK how they're gonna pull this one off, too much at stake......
