I'm having a little trouble on this one. You said:

Now, with the extra letter - does that mean you already added in an extra letter and we need to remove one to get a 7-letter word (or phrase), or do we need to add an extra letter to give us a 9-letter word (or phrase)?

If you've already added a letter, I can't make it work. But I haven't tried adding a letter myself.

Now about the palindrome part - that means the answer will read the same forwards and backwards when unscrambled - is that correct?

PS: You have some white text at the bottom of that post. Didn't know if you knew or not.

If you been reading this thread you see one of the puzzles is to do an palindrome with 6 four letter words, I did one but I can do better and the white text is for that

as for the current puzzle I gave you 8 letters but you only need 7 and yes it read the same backwards and forwards.
