If she knows it since Vol 47, then he´s hype*d. I mean, in really really in deep shi*. I believe more in true friendship and I feel that there is a strong bonds between Conan and Haibara whenever there is a case involving them like "Bus Hijack"(vol. 29), "Contact with Black Organization" (vol.24-25), "Kuroshiro" (vol. 60), "Maze Hooligan"(vol. 34) , "1200 million hostage"(vol. 36-37)
Nah, i don´t think she know it. (Or at least i hope so.)
I do wonder why in almost every interpretation of the future chap where Shinichi tells Ran everything, it´s a given that he´s always saying i´m sorry. Indeed his way of doing wasn´t the best to do, but for him and his current situtation he thought it´s the best way to protect her. Why saying sorry cause he wanted her to be save? She may didn´t know everything (only that´s it was always about some *case* he worked on), but wasn´t that worth it if she and him gets together at the end save and sound? Okay, for hearing her confession without knowing her, that´s something he HAS to apologize for, but the other stuff wasn´t something he should feel guilty for.
I say that, cause i have a friend who thinks that Shinichi gets too much bashing for how he treats Ran.^g^
