All these specials are awesome <3
I didn't think I pick that out of all choices, but I when remember it, memories come back plus the special brought suspense and intensity which I like
And how I was reading DC manga nonstop, and there was the file "The most in this world" and I like the way that sounds <3
Plus the future of the characters
So,
304 - 12 Million Hostages ♥
But you're amazing when you smile
When I see you smiling, I start to feel good ♥
Makes me wonder if 12 Million Hostages had beaten Two Mysteries, would it have swept away the entire contest, or would it have fallen to Desperate Revival?
I thought about 12 Million Hostages and Desperate Revival, but in the end I'm still loyal to Two Mysteries.
Superman = Captain America > Aquaman = Hal Jordan > Wonder Woman > Barry Allen > Thor > Martian Manhunter > The Hulk > Wasp > Hawkeye > [power gap] > Iron Man = Batman > [power gap] > Hank Pym

Probably would have lost. My feeling is that its appeal is somewhat narrower than that of Desperate Revival and Two Mysteries and also that not as many people have seen it.
"The energies of our system will decay; the glory of the sun will be dimmed, and the earth, tideless and inert, will no longer tolerate the race which has for a moment disturbed its solitude. Man will go down into the pit, and all his thoughts will perish. The uneasy consciousness, which in this obscure corner has for a brief space broken the contented silence of the universe, will be at rest. Matter will know itself no longer. 'Imperishable monuments' and 'immortal deeds,' death itself, and love stronger than death, will be as though they had never been."
Agreed with above. My complaint with 12 Million hostages is that one short sentance Conan tells Takagi that seems to have been forgotten. Takagi should be much more suspicious and interested in Conan after that whole experience.
Spoiler:
If we don't survive, I'll tell you [who I am] in the next life. That is just such a setup that has virtually been untouched. Makes me a sad panda.

Maybe Gosho is saving it for the end of the series, I have a feeling Takagi will get more involved near the end of it.
Spoiler:
That is most probably, that Gosho will go around and tie up as many loose ends like that as he can before he finishes the series. 304 is just so long ago when we are on episode 594. Or File 36 to current 68 (or current volume 72), its a long time to not touch on something like that.

Moonlight Sonata for sure, it is one of those early episodes that really helped define the series for the better and probably made a lot of life time fans.
