ya seems that way it says it is blocked in certain countries. How do i fix that?

So go to my videos, and on the video where it's taken down, you can click on 'copyright info'. After you click on that, there should be some random stuff on there. Try to find where it says dispute video. Go to "This video uses copyrighted material in a manner that does not require approval of the copyright holder. It is a fair use under copyright law." and copy past this:

"Copyright Disclaimer Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for "fair use" for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. Fair use is a use permitted by copyright statute that might otherwise be infringing. Non-profit, educational or personal use tips the balance in favor of fair use."

Then you copy the statement of good faith and it should be done.
