This is only slightly funny but... I'm currently in the process of creating a software. When I was tinkering with the database, I forgot to put some auto-increment yadi yada... And this came up:

I was surprised by the choice of word there. Usually, I'd expect to see a "Insert Failed" or "Insert Canceled" when I see an error. When I saw this, I immediately remembered this thread, epicfail.com, and thedailywtf.com
