Apparently it says that chapter 1000 will be a love comedy between Ran and Shinichi (at school?).
So will the whole case be a cross between Shinichi's appearance at Teitan High in File 258/Episode 192, and Teitan High School's Ghost Story (File 457–File 459/Episode 361–Episode 362)? Will any other elements creep in? The prototype antidote must, surely.

Heiji, Kazuha and Momiji is involved apparently.

It's not at school, it says high school students (Shinichi, Ran, Heiji and Kazuha).

Regarding Momiji name there, not sure if it's a mistake.

Ah, so that explains why he didn't answer that one question about Misao Yamamura being Rum. I think that's the only one I've seen that seemed to ask about Rum's identity.
