RUM is a person not a group of people... Gosho had told that in an interview.
Hmmm.... But isn't it difficult to draw with one eye??? When conan and co visited rumi's place, isn't Rumi the one who draw those tiger thing?
so i doubt Rumi have only one eye.

And about drawing with one eye, I don't think it would be very, very difficult. I tried it a bit and it's not impossible, although it is indeed slower.
