The panel in between those is the actual one that is incorrect. You can see the thumb of the right hand.
however in the panels at your imgur link he is clearly holding the phone in his left hand.

With DC on the cover? If so, then we may be getting that Gin in person appearance that Gosho's postcard was likely indicating in 952 (that's the hope, anyway).

I wanted to add some little pieces of info:

. Sera and MG have been staying on this hotel for a week already
. The hotel boy says that Sera was staying alone so Sera snuck MG into the room without anyone seeing her (maybe inside of the suitcase?)
. Sera also tells Kogoro she's staying alone when questioned if there's no - one else in the room: Kogoro thinks that the culprit has run into Sera's room.
. Sera isn't a suspect: Kogoro saw a silhouette running into the room next door (Sera's). He was knocking there fearful that the culprit on the rush to flee might've killed the occupant of the room.

I'd rather hope not, with this case already in progress all Gin could really do is drive around in his car mumbling about those rats in the organization that he won't be able to catch until plot convenience. We are more likely to learn new stuff about Mary in connection to the BO somehow.

We will probably get police showing up, the recap of what happened last chapter, the new details about the victim such as age, where they are in life, cause of death, ect. , and investigating the crime scene to prove only other named character is actually suspect.

File 952: In the suspicious adjacent room

Sera doesn't seem to want to let anyone inside of her room yet when Kogoro brings out Haneda Kouji's name she turns confused. Sera then says she'll "clean up" the room and shuts the door.

Some time passes and Sera doesn't come out. The boy comes out from Hatto's room and says that the front desk contacted him because there's a car that must be moved: Furukuri (the TV director) says it's his car and leaves the floor. Sera finally comes out.

Conan rushes into Sera's veranda and confirms there's no - one there. He then looks downwards and sees Furukuri's car parked directly below the veranda despite that there are plenty of free parking spots. Why is is there? He takes a photo of the car with the smartphone and he stretches his arms to try to take a photo of the floor below just in case...

A smartphone appears in front of her and the "sister outside the domain" who's hiding in the floor below gets into a predicament. Sera then calls Conan to come back inside and he gets away from the scene. The "sister outside the domain" thinks about how she ordered Sera to solve the case before "them" know she's there. She's about to come back into the room when she spots that Conan dropped his voice changer.

Kogoro explains what's happened to Megure: they try to see if the construction's vibrations would make the wine glasses fall from the table, they all place their smartphones in the edges of the table and Takagi beats the table. Some of the smartphones fall, others don't. If this is the trick then it feels incomplete. However, maybe because the spot Takagi beat was where the wine glasses were at Takagi has some salt on his hands. Conan spots that Sera bothered to point that out aloud so that everyone would notice.

The room with the wine is very hot because the heater was on for too long: and the bedroom is cold because the window's opened. Conan thinks that Sera's trying to tell the circumstances of Hatto's discovery to someone else and so says stuff aloud. Conan then says he wants to see what's above the veranda so Sera lifts him up. Looks like there was some kind of stickum above the window before. There's no doubt that Furukuri's the culprit and the decisive factor is...

Kogoro tries to use the room's toilet without knowing that its door is a sensor-moven retractable door, so he gets surprised. Conan realizes what the trick really is and tries to tell Sera yet she's talking with someone else through the smartphone. So then he lures Kogoro into the bedroom and puts him to sleep to do the usual show and... He realizes he doesn't have the voice-changer...

Side-note: "Conan can't do the deduction show...!? Next issue, the resolution!"...

What do we have here? First, he forgets to take it off his phone (814/691), and now he just drops it... and it falls right into Mary's possession.

One possibility is that she'll end up doing it, somehow, or she'll give it back to Shinichi/Conan, somehow—either way, I'm sure they'll have an exchange.

Is Masumi talking to Mary or the middle brother, is my question. If it's Mary, then maybe she's the one who called Masumi in Detectives' Nocturne (800/674). As for "they," the obvious choice is the BO.
