Actually, I used normal pencils for the drawing, coloured pencils for the colouring and then some colour editing to make it look more cleaner ;)

I always had this idea of MG, Masumi and Shuichi/Subaru showing up during Yumi's kidnapping (File 899–File 902/Episode 785–Episode 786) and playing more of a role than just providing hints that Shukichi's the middle brother and hinting towards the next case with MG and Masumi (File 903–File 905/Episode 787–Episode 788).

Maybe draw them helping out Shinichi/Conan and the DBs? Or their collective reaction to seeing Shukichi? Or seeing Yumi kissing him?

Shuichi/Subaru and MG just go out and save Yumi, themselves—Masumi's just going for a ride on the bike when she sees them—they beat Shinichi/Conan, Shukichi and the DBs to it. ;D

That's funny haha..
Or...what I had in my mind was...
As shuukichi/conan are trying to figure out the location, DB calls Subaru for help, and it turns into Shuukichi/Conan VS Subaru/DB! After yumi is saved, subaru stays until shuukichi wins, MG sees turning point of when shuukichi wins, and just as sera returns from the ramen restaurant, MG asks her to take her to the shogi tournament, and as soon as she sees shuukichi, voila!
Sera just standing there shocked at the fact her bro even played shogi, while subaru is happy for him at the sidelines... :P

That'd do just as well. ;D

This case could've had so many interactions—in fact, considering how things have gone, in the manga, Shukichi's introduction into the story and Yumi's kidnapping might as well not have happened until just before the Ramen case (August 2015). He could've been introduced after Gosho's March–May 2015 break, and the Shogi case could've happened right before the Ramen case.

Add in Rei/Tooru and Shukichi being friends, and you've got pretty much maximum potential for interaction, in that case.
