LOL, but no just no. I mean Gosho obviously wouldn't like the readers to read about his fantasies. If Vermouth is Yoko's favorite, I'm thinking of some logical reason. Maybe she's the proof of success or the largest development of her goal behind the organization? Of course by that I mean her anti aging status. But when I think of Conan confronting Yoko as the BO's Boss it just doesn't fit my mind. I always thought of the boss to be devilish, at least by look. It would deem a large plot twist. I would like Yoko to be an executive member of the organization, but not the boss. I have that feeling that the person behind all that evil shouldn't be just Yoko.
