i wonder if haibara will know that okiya is akai, on the latest file on DC on anywhere on those files... if haibara see him discuige?

She will probably know that Okiya=Akai=dai,but maybe not now,since I don't think Akai is ready to tell her the truth about him.
I'm also wondering if Conan will say to Ai that Amuro is a good guy,so that she could finally talk with him about her parents.

A heart-to-heart talk between the "prey" and "predator" regarding their common connection with Elena? That'd be something really interesting to see. I wonder how will Haibara react to that. Maybe something along, "Wait, you're telling me that the guy who didn't bat an eyelash on my 'supposed' death was close to my dear mother?!"

The only reason I called him predator was because he was dispatched to find Sherry, which was his "prey", thus him being a "predator."

And, good golly, I really want to see a lot of answers by file 900.

Well, even if Bourbon is apparently a "good guy", I'm not so sure that he will cooperate with Conan & co. First, because he might still hold a grudge against Akai and also because he has "that" attitude, that attitude Gin doesn't like. So I don't think he'll be the type of guy who'll work with Conan just like that. I think that if he he ever really teams up with Conan Team it'd be later in the plot, or when Conan Team gets in really dire situations.

Bourbon teaming up with Conan & Co right now woud be quite dangerous for the BO and quite out of character for Bourbon, IMO.

Well the way he smiled to Conan really makes me feel like he's going to join Conan's team,since they have the same goal.
Akai told Amuro to not forget who is the real prey(or something like that),so I guess this is what he'll do...Even if he still hates Akai,I'm sure he can put that aside and team up with Conan.Amuro is impressed by Conan's intelligence so why would he refuse some help from him?
Also Amuro apparently is going to stay around,working at Poirot cafe,so I can't imagine him ignoring Conan and act as if nothing happened.

Help from whom? Conan? But why would Bourbon need him now? Bourbon doesn't seem to be that concerned about receiving "help", as it may seem. And even though, he is smart insomuch he doesn't need Conan. Conan is the one who needs allies like Bourbon in order to destroy the BO. Anyway, I'm actually not sure if they'll cooperate with each other soon or not, but for me it would be like something's off ; Bourbon cooperating with Conan and Akai just like that. Like I said, he might help when they're really in danger but not all the time. It would be overpowering Conan Team. 2 Silver Bullets are already too dangerous for BO, it was enough proven in Clash.
By the way, I"m done calling Bourbon "Amuro" again since it's not his name and calling him "Rei" would be weird again since we've just been informed it's his real name and that we've been used to "Amuro"...

For me, Amuro's smile, suspiciously identical to Vermouth's one, means: "So I was right you were watching the whole time in Kudo house".
And now he knows that Conan is going to share what he discovered. That means at least a mutual cooperation in the future.

I was wondering if "him" Akai talked about wasn't Bourbon's friend who used to work in a security company. Is Bourbon talking about Date or another friend of his? Or perhaps he's just lying but then I don't know why he'd lie.

It was never explain. But he should not be Date because of timeline difference.
His friend from security company could be a cover story. Amuro work for Bo and PSA after all.

this theory is already neglected by gosho. He confirmed that love rival wasn't the case.

Goshos interviews, databooks nor the anime or similar matter as a canon source. Only what's shown in the manga does. There's no guarantee Gosho wasn't drunk that day.
