You should make sure that you can get a majority before changing your vote, otherwise our chances of voting out the spy are at 0%.
I'm willing to switch, but we'd need at least two other people as well, I think, to be sure. And phase change is near ...

This was the first time that I GM'ed anything here at DCTP and it was quite an exciting experience. Even though I already knew everyone's roles I was still eagerly waiting for votes, Kills, Orders, and Investigates to come in. I hope that you guys have enjoyed it as much as I have and that I didn't screw anything major up...

dumytru did a very good job of making him appear unsuspicious! The total number of votes he received over the course of all six Day phases is five, not that anyone's counting. Even if some wanted to vote him in the end, still very well done!
MoonRaven also played well! Especially when we take into account that I was considerate enough to give her the hardest role in the game for the very first time she played. Congratulations to both of you!

Hopefully, all of you will be back when the next round of Espionage is around the corner!

Nope. Order was two emoticons in first post, zero in second. In fact, most of your theories were mere coincidences, Fuji. All communications between me and dumytru happened using keywords in posts. I'll post about the game from my point of view later. I'm curious, though, where did this sudden suspicion of dumytru come from, when here (viewtopic.php?f=30&t=12267&start=255#p815771) only kleene (and stopwatch, though not listed) was suspecting dumytru.

alrightyyy... i've been very very watchful of what i say so hopefully the spy will target me instead and the detective will at least get to live another day with me dying instead of 'em... but we died the same phase anyway xDD so really really... GOOD JOB SPY! WHOEVER YOU ARE!

@D1, i pretty much ruled out that the informants are PhantomWriter and Togop are informants... and they actually are!!!!!!! now, i said this...

i kinda have an idea of what might have been the Day 1 order... but it's rather ridiculous if it's actually that...

you know what i thought it was? the smileys! the smileys!!!!! xD i didn't mention it because it's so ridiculous! and that'll take away the suspicion on my main suspect Fujiwara! the very first person that i thought would come up with that order was... Raifuujin xDDDDDD it's so simple of an order, anyone can be suspected, and it's a great funny way of an order if it is actually an order coming from a veteran of this game. good job spy! but still, if it's actually that, then my theories against Fujiwara are shattered xD will she really do that??! oh, i really am so hypingly excited to start the post-game discussions now!

i listed the D1 posters and i narrowed down the informants suspects to (PhantomWriter, Togop, dumytru, Jecka, Yuri Iwamoto, Kleene Onigiri, MoonRaven, Jellitto, Stopwatch) why did MoonRaven have to talk at D1?! xD though, if she's informant or detective, ALL THE MORE REASON NOT TO VOTE FOR HER BECAUSE THE POINT OF THE GAME IS TO CATCH THE SPY <<--this had me consider Yuri Iwamoto or Stopwatch to be spy.

*my other suspected orders are hugs and edits but since Togop is the other informant, i'll stay with smileys

SA, you're kinda strange kinda here. Not that I think you're the spy, just that I don't remember you suspecting someone on solid grounds but refusing to explain before.

I think I may have an idea of what you're doing, and while I'd abstain from telling everyone what I think it is just in case, I'd tell you "Don't. It's too obvious."

Anyway, guess I'll go along with what I think you have in mind (though I think you should stop) even if it's too transperant to work.
Anyway, about Fujiwara, so far he voted for Kleene. Kleene, along with Raifuujin, voted for Jellitto.
Kleene day 1 said she'd do SA's strategy (I believe referring to the no-post), but posting itself ruins the strategy the goal of which was not to let the informants identify. This makes me wonder if she's informant, or just wanted to post yet not post anything substantial.
Fujiwara... I don't want to lynch her yet, despite the reasons I suspect you have, as she'd be valuable to civillians if she's one.

you just made me think you're not a civilian here when you said this. a possible hint that you're a detective which is a reason not to vote you, but still, i knew you were a bad guy, back that up with your D1 self-vote

i didn't actually think that that's the IDENTIFICATION order. it could be an order. but i said this just to make you talk more... whether you're informant or detective, i needed you to talk more xD

anyway, the people i remember kinda protecting Fujiwara right after i suggested to vote her was Togop and dumytru. but i'm 100% sure dumytru isn't informant so,.. disappointing no one else was talking T_T

Fujiwara then finally posted her first fake investigate but i already know she's not informant neither a detective so it didn't matter xD it sounded civilian-ish... but still spy-ish... xDD

hoho... @D4 posts right now... just want to point out mistakes so you'll do better on future rounds >: D

1. SA ->civilian. Even though he suggested the fake investigation, this far I see that it has had no use for the spy(Great work everyone!). Active here, suspects strongly Fuji. Curious to know what I had.

you just don't bluntly say someone is civilian. you just basically told everybody you are a special role. at least that's how i see it first, I AM CIVILIAN. the only people who would most certainly know that are me, GM, spy, informants, and the detective. i tried my best to sound very much as a detective so spy will hopefully target me instead. i even hid my fake investigates so people would think i'm scared to share it xD (not even sure, if anybody saw it ) and since i am not the detective, of course you'll know i'm civilian. i think i have more to say but this is it for now...

another example for you is this one:

SA is looking like civillian so far (either that or a very crafty informant)

at this point, he's still a possible detective for me, but yep, he's informant
if he's detective... he shouldn't have said i'm probably civilian... or maybe he should... xD
if he's informant... well of course he knows i'm not spy... and he could use this to have the entire civilians turn against me... but spy killed me anyway...

OK, here's the game from my POV.

Prep phase:
OK, I'm informant, dumytru's the spy. Nice.

SA proposes fake investigate: it'd be better for the spy if we did that, as analyzing whose fake investigates people pay more attention to could show who's on their lists, if they try to infer information from them while the detective is still alive. The detective can use covert ways to share his/her investigation results even if we don't use FI; but FI would give info to the spy. I decide to make a post slightly against using FI, without being adamant about not using it.

SA proposes not to speak day 1. Can't be serious; I'd disregard that regardless of my role, so I disregard it. Sicne SA has already crossed it over and said he's not proud of it, no need to comment.

Day 1:
Order: Two emoticons in first post, none in second post. If I want to tell the spy I suspect someone, use the keywords kinda and acting.
OK, ID order's a little obvious; especially since I don't normally use emoticons. Let's hope nobody will catch up.
I simply forgot to vote that day. That's why self vote.

Day 2:
Order: dumytru has mistaken Jecka for the second informant; she also accidentally completed the ID order.

SA is posting investigate results in transparent. Probably trying to fake being a detective as he always does, but there's a chance he's actually the detective, so he needs to die.
I decide to pretend to be civillian who thinks SA is the detective, hoping to use that to look more trustworthy in the future. I didn't think that, since the detective is on people's lists, doing so could clue him that I have no list. Anyway, I could have a list containing SA, no?
As such, I decide to point discretely to the fact that I've seen his transparent investigate, and that was the reason for saying "Don't. It's too obvious" (that's what a civillian who thinks SA's the detective would say, I think) and then used the word transparent with the names of Fuji, Kleene and Raifu. I also said something with SA, kinda and acting to get SA killed in case he's not faking being the detective. Even if he was, I didn't know the real detective, so killing SA was the best shot.
I voted for Jellitto because she had a lot of votes day 1.

Day 3:
OK, dumytru hasn't seen I'm his second informant and hasn't killed SA. And, he wants the second informant Jecka (or someone else if he's mistaken) to confirm herself using kinda and acting. I'd just done that last round, so that's going to be too obvious in addition to emoticons if someone pays attention to my posts. Also, the no-kill was an experiment, no real reason.

Anyway, I comply, and point SA as suspicious using kinda and acting.

I also try to invent a reason for the no-kill and post my analysis. If dumytru wants to do no-kill, let's at elast get people's attention to it.

Nothing of interest happened this day. I remember having a reason to clear MoonRaven in an FI. When voting, I forgot about my FI and voted MR. I don't remember why I voted that; but the reason I voted for the person I cleared with FI was simply a mistake. I didn't think he was the detective. In fact, I'd been too busy to make any thinking whatsoever, and I'd simply been focused on trying not to leave anythink that could link me and dumytru.
I once again said mentioned SA's name along with kinda and strange, bith to ID myself and

Day 4:
OK, dumy now knows I'm the informant. He says he finds SA suspicious and asks me to use looking+like if I think he should be killed. I do, as I still am not sure if he's faking or actual detective, and I don't suspect anyone to be detective.
SA, this should explain to you why I said "SA is looking loke civillian so far"; but since I had decided to play a civillian who thinks you're the detective, that made sense to say anyway.
Vote MR for consistency with last day. This time I had already noticed I had him as non-spy in my fake investigate, but nothing I could do about that. Best case, someone may think I'm a detective trying to escape the spy's notice.

Then I went camping for a day.

Day 6:
When I get back, SA was killed, detective MR was lynched, then next day there had been a tie. Lucky. But I had been outed as informant. I considered trying to mind-screw somehow, but that's not my strength, and nobody was suspecting dumytru, so no point. THen people suddenly started suspecting dumytru, but if I interfered at that point it would have done more bad then good.

So SA, you got yourself killed this time by pretending to be detective. However, I don't see what you gain from doing so. It would gain the detective a day only if the spy team actually suspects the actual detective, too. In this case, we didn't, so we didn't lose a day by killing you.

MR, and everyone in fact, why post only the cleared person when posting the FIs. If you would do something to give the spy team info, get as much as you can from it, by posting the three names investigated and the person cleared. That actually provides some useful info, especially if someone was not cleared twice in a row. If it's only the people cleared, the detective has ways to covertly post them without others posting FIs.
