I keep imagining KID showing up to Lupin's heist, specifically to fanboy over being able to watch a Lupin in action. Lupin the Third is considered a greater thief than KID and there is an allusion that KID enjoys Arsene Lupin stories [during the Iron Tanuki case], so...
