If you have some randomness to share that you can't post elsewhere, this is the place to do it.

I can't remember exactly where Aly came from, but I think when I was in middle school, I wished my name was Alyssa. >_>

Angelflight was created by me in... 3rd/4th/5th Grade? Well, anyhow, I was extremely obsessed with horses, and there was always an advertisement for a steeplechase on the billboard outside of my neighborhood, so... yeah, I randomly came up with that. ^^;

From a RP I have with Connie :P
I had a problem with coming up with the name Kain from the bible :-X
And since my character was a vampire it turned into Kain The Vampire :P

My username is my name. I was going to use Leonard Leon, but then I noticed my name was open.

Well, Yuri comes from my middle name Suzanne, which means lily (which, in Japanese, is yuri ::) ) and only sounds like my first name by pure coincidence (not saying what my first name is, muhaha).
Iwamoto was picked randomly from an OC character Iwamoto Sada from my fic Dead Like Shinichi. She was a Grim Reaper that handed her powers to Shinichi and then passed on 8-).
The nick comes from the time where I wanted to have a Japanese name for myself, not liking the web generator ones.

On other sites I'm known as:
SakuraMaiden1993 - Sakura cause I love cherry blossom and I had gotten obsessed with Anime, Maiden since I was obsessed with Maid/Maiden and family stuff (with my dad having a shield and all) and finally 1993 as my YoB considering SakuraMaiden was taken.
YouthfulLily - being the meaning of my names together.
The Lady Doctor/LadyDoctor - From when I thought I'd be a great Doctor (as in the Doctor from Doctor Who)

At the time I was registering for another forum I was fascinated of the northern lights. Since it was a forum about a science-fiction series I thought that taking the name from that would be ok. A different name for the northern lights is Aurora Borealis but since Aurora sounded like the name of a disney princess and I was in one of my most tomboyish phases I decided to take the second part of the name.
Since I still like the name and it isn't used by many and, should it already be taken, is short enough to ad a title or something, I have been using this name for nearly all my online accounts, in one form or another.

I don't know why I laughed at this part. XD

Anyway, "Ringo" is the Japanese word for apple, and in school, I convinced people to call me "Apple", just because my name is difficult to spell and pronounce. I just find "Ringo" more appropriate (than "Apple") in this kind of environment, so I went with it. (:

A very good friend named me that way, as an italianization of my first name. And since he was the first one to really understand me, I feel like it's my true name now.

Borealis' name in combination with the profile picture has infused me with the association that Borealis is actually the scientific name of a plant (despite better knowledge). Would be hell of a beautiful plant.

Oh. I just googled it. There IS such a flower: http://en.hortipedia.com/wiki/Linnaea_borealis
Can't say it's not beautiful, despite not shooting light ^^

Actually, borealis simply means "Northern", from Latin "boreas", "north wind". Hence aurora borealis - "Northern dawn". Linnaea borealis takes the other part of its name from Carl von Linné, who invented the whole two-Latin-words-for-any-species thing.
If  ;), :D, ;D, ::), :P, :-X, :o or >:D are attached, that paragraph may not be 100% serious. Seriously.
