10, not because I've been any less awkward since then, but because I wasn't aware of how awkward I was until age 10, which made it sooooo much more awkward to be around me before then. I cringe when I watch home movies from that age.

~ 7, I'd say, or perhaps 6 or 8. But roughly 7. However, that's just awkwardness.
If we were talking about sociability in general, it might also be around that time, but there it's much harder to pinpoint, as there is quite a large plateau from 0 to ~12. In fact, excluding the sudden increase between ages 10 and 14, sociability is more-or-less constant
