From top to bottom, the paragraphs are:

First stanza - fastest cursive
Second stanza - hurried cursive
Refrain - hurried block letters
Third stanza - normal (non-hurried) cursive
Refrain (without "Be a man!") - my own writing system (using Complete Mode, with usage of one Cheating Character, to represent British English)

The last one's a bit squished, due to the lack of room available (also, it should be written with way smaller line intervals, 0.5cm rather than 1, where every second one is left empty). Furthermore, English is a bit harder to write then, let's say, German, not to mention anything in a Simplified Mode.
