Let's see...Koji Kondo (duh), Jun Ishikawa/Hirokazu Ando (Kirby), Motoi Sakuraba (Tales of, Golden Sun, Mario sports games, Star Ocean), Shogo Sakai (Mother 3, at least 1/3 of Brawl), Yuka Tsujiyoko (Paper Mario 1 and 2, Fire Emblem), David Wise (Donkey Kong Country 1 and 2, Diddy Kong Racing) etc.

Koji Kondo, Joe Hisaishi, Hans Zimmer, Jesper Kyd, Yann Tiersen, Jeremy Soule, Yoko Shimomura. Most of them are video game composers lol.
